A recent poll by TD Canada Trust asked the question to Urban codo owners What Would You Pay?

Three quarters of urban condo owners say its worth what the extra monthly expense to enjoy the benefits of city learning.

Asked what they would say they were willing to pay.

The Home Inspection

Unless they have been excluded from the sale a home inspection should also include all appliances including built ins.
The inspector will evaluate their condition and expected longevity, and whether they have been maintained during their use, and whether any repairs are necessary.
